As we continue to support Mahi Pono in its mission, we are actively seeking experienced and skilled Farm Equipment Mechanics to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Farm Equipment Mechanic at MP Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of a diverse range of agricultural equipment used by Mahi Pono. We are looking for individuals who are experienced in diagnosing and repairing farm machinery, with a strong commitment to reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on farm equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in tractors, harvesters, and other farming machinery.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and execute repairs.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized workshop.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Farm Equipment Mechanic.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various agricultural machinery.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
