Self Storage Full Time Office Assist. and Full Time Maintenance Person

We are seeking a Full Time Office Assistant And Full Time Maintenance Person to join our self storage site team! 

Both Positions are Monday - Saturday - 40 hours weekly

Responsibilities of Office Assistant:

• Rent units to tenants and assist in completing lease agreements
• Process monthly payments for tenants
• Greet and assist tenants on site
• Professional phone skills and sales skills a must
• Keep an organized filing system
• Perform all other office tasks, including cleaning
• Perform unit cleaning as needed
• Perform site daily maintenance inspections as needed
• Maintain inventory of resale items
• Preparing units for auctions and following legal requirements

Responsibilities of Maintenance Person:

• This position will consist of maintenance at 2 self storage facilities
• Conduct daily maintenance inspections of both sites
• Keep sites clean and professional daily
• Show units to tenants 
• Keep units clean and pressure washed for new tenants
• Perform maintenance and repairs on storage units, doors, locks and facility fencing
• Lawn maintenance at both facilities and area beautification
• Must have ability to drive roll back truck
• ​Loading, delivery, transfer and pick up of mobile storage units on roll back truck
• Must be able to physically walk for extended periods of time and do physical labor, including heavy lifting of 50 lbs or less
• Inspecting and scheduling maintenance of rental trucks and company vehicles
• Ability to use bolt cutters and grinders as needed for lock cutting
• Preventative inspections on HVAC units in climate control buildings
• Painting as needed to keep site well maintained
