This sales leader has an established book of business with local property managers, enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working, motivated by results, appreciates a strong compensation package-$50,000-$70,000 base, plus unlimited incentive potential, and most importantly prefers working for an organization that treats their employees right and is also willing to invest in their growth and overall success!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Harness the power of words and previous sales experience to make strong connections, and convert opportunities into sales
Establish sales objectives by using your power of seeing into the future to develop sales targets
Maintain sales volume by keeping up to date with industry supply and demand levels, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Leverage the power of internal and external communication to provide superior customer service
Generate regular, timely sales activity reports and updates for management
Utilize attention to detail to maintain up-to-date records for all leads and customers
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to accurately represent the Company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Three (3) years experience in B2B Sales Asphalt Maintenance sales experience highly desired. Selling to property managers preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Positive and friendly attitude
Dependable
Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
Strong work ethic with the drive to meet and exceed targets
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to seamlessly handle multiple deadlines
