CNC Lathe Progammer

Role: Senior Lathe Programmer

On-Site: Burnsville, Minnesota

Salary: $22 - $38 an hour

Recruiting Heroes is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lathe Programmer to join our client's team in Burnsville, Minnesota.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Set up and operation of CNC multifunction turn twin spindle and twin or triple turret lathes (programming a plus) (mostly Okuma and Nakamura). The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of CNC machining, the ability to create complex programs, and excellent problem-solving skills.

MACHINIST CNC LATHE Program/Set Up/ and Operation 1st and 2nd shift

We are currently seeking Lathe Machinists to join our team:

(1) - 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 6:30am5:00pm Setup and Programmer only

(1-2) Night shift 5pm-3:30am

Occasionally, Friday which would be considered overtime

Qualifications

• Set up and operation of CNC multifunction turn twin spindle and twin or triple turret lathes (programming a plus) (mostly Okuma and Nakamura).
• Reading part prints and ensuring parts meet customer specifications & trouble shooting.
• Candidates who previoulsy have worked as a foreman or lead person a plus.
• We are excited to interview candidates with experience on Twin spindle, Twin turret machines, using live tooling and Okuma/Fanuc controls as well as any experience on mills or swiss machines a plus.
• We are seeking an outside the box thinker who enjoys problem solving & working with others to achieve goals.
• 3 years minimum experience required
