Business Development Associate - Sales

Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate at Tansky Sawmill Toyota will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our dealership in Dublin, Ohio. As a member of our sales team, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential customers, generating leads, and ultimately closing deals to contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage and track leads, maintain customer information, and generate reports for sales performance
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to schedule test drives, answer questions, and provide information about the dealership and vehicles
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
- Participate in sales training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals to contribute to the overall success of the dealership
- Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the sales process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or post-secondary education preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; auto industry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
