Dental Office Manager

Multi-Dr. practice is currently seeking a professional, self-motivated, organized, customer-

focused team member for our practice. As the first person our patients meet, the ideal

candidate would present with a warm and friendly demeanor and exceptional

interpersonal communication skills. 2 Years of previous dental and Dentrix experience is

Required.

This position includes but is not limited to:

 Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service.

 Managing patient appointment scheduling and confirmations to ensure

optimization of the daily schedule.

 Maintaining Updated Patient Records.

 Insurance Verification and Eligibility.

 Effectively communicate with patients regarding insurance updates and coverage.

 Processing and organizing patient statements, payments, and accounts receivable.

 Communicate effectively with referral office to ensure continuity of patient care.

 Work as part of a collaborate team to ensure unified patient care and practice

operations.

Qualifications:

 Interpersonal communication (in-person and phone)

 Exceptional customer service

 Detail oriented and willingness to learn

 Strong computer skills

 Experience with accounts receivable and collections required.

 Excellent work History

Job Type:

Full-time Monday -Thursday 8-4 Friday 8-12 noon
