Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will be responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality initiatives.
Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing quality standards
- Identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Ensuring effective and efficient quality processes and procedures
- Analyzing and documenting product quality metrics
- Conducting and monitoring quality system audits
- Maintaining records of manufacturing processes
- Assisting in maintaining the quality management system
- Providing guidance, support and training to the quality department
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in quality engineering
- Understanding of relational database concepts and experience with analytical tools such as Access, Excel, Minitab, or similar tools
- SAP (or other ERP) experiences is a plus
- 3D CAD Experience (Solidworks) or experience with Packaging programs is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
