 What will I be doing?  

  • Providing Counseling: You’ll offer individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Community Engagement: You’ll work both in the outpatient office setting and meet clients where they are in the community.
  • Crisis Intervention: Responding to crises and developing treatment plans.
  • Clinical Oversight: Fully licensed therapists may assist with overseeing clinical service provision for the team.

 Qualifications:  

  • Education: A Master’s degree from an accredited school in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Associate or Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
  • Tech Skills: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with internet use and Microsoft Word.
  • Electronic Records: Ability to navigate online electronic medical record systems (such as CareLogic).
  • Team Player: Functioning as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team and cooperating with other agency employees.
  • Supervision: Supervision is provided and required.
