To be successful as a Skilled Asphalt/Sealcoat Worker at Heiberger Paving Inc, certain skills and qualifications are necessary. First and foremost, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, as you will be operating various equipment and vehicles. Asphalt Paving Crews will need to be proficient in tasks such as shoveling, raking, tamping, operating rollers, screwing, and operating pavers.

Stone & Prep Crews will require skills in shoveling, raking, tamping, operating rollers, loading materials, and operating loaders.

Seal Coating Crews will be responsible for cleaning surfaces, brushing, spraying, and crack filling.

Sports Surfacing Crews will focus on cleaning, prepping, and utilizing applicators.

Tennis Courts Crews will perform cleaning, prepping, and applying surfaces.

Synthetic Running Track Crews will also engage in cleaning, prepping, and application of surfaces.
