Merchandiser, ECommerce

The E-Commerce Merchandiser is responsible for digitally merchandising all e-commerce listing images in line with licensor and retailer needs. Supports account management team with product uploads to various accounts, ensuring all variants and details are accurate. .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create product assortments based on direction from Merch Manager 
• Merchandise all graphics accordingly
• Ensure all approved art has accurate files necessary for merchandising (AI and SC) – communicate to design team of any issues
• Assist in building robust product listings within account guidelines 
• Collaborate with Ecommerce Account Managers on a regular basis for feedback & suggestions on assortments
• Other duties may be assigned in accordance with company needs
• Subject matter expert on demographic/silhouette rights for each IP  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• 1-2 Years of licensing experience or a combination of e-commerce account management, design, or product development experience in the apparel industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator helpful
• Customer service experience helpful
