Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Lead client meetings to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable financial products.

Sales Management: Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve performance targets.

Product Education: Stay informed about the latest financial products and services to effectively advise clients.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the client base.

Compliance: Ensure all transactions and client interactions comply with industry regulations and office policies.


Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred. A relevant certification, life license or securities a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services sales and or Life Insurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.

Client-Centric: Client-focused mindset with a passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals and aspirations.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of financial products, services, and market trends. Ability to stay informed and adapt to changes in the financial industry.

Professionalism: Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions and transactions.
