Warehouse Delivery Driver - Seasonal

Barton & Gray Mariners Club is dedicated to providing its Members with unmatched experiences on the water, operating over 80+ Yachts in 33 harbors, and offering a range of products including Day-boating, Sport-fishing, Overnight Cruising, and more.

The seasonal Warehouse Delivery Driver position will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. They will also package, and prepare orders for delivery.

• Receiving, unpacking and shelving of inventory, box breakdown and proper disposal

• Maintain clean and organized workspace and contribute to the cleaning of the warehouse

• Accurately interprets various warehouse documents to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed

• Under general supervision this position drives the company vehicle over an established route(s) to deliver products and/or picks up returned merchandise

• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors

• Process inventory for delivery

• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Basic understanding of inventory policies and procedures

• Inventory management software experience a plus

• Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision

• Ability to perform basic math calculations

• Strong problem solving acumen

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs

• Ability to navigate warehouse environment reaching items high and low

• Ability to stand for periods of time up to four hours with minimal rest periods

• Proficiency with Mac and Windows applications preferred

• Valid and unencumbered Drivers License

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

• 1 year of Inventory and/or Shipping and Receiving experience preferred
