We are looking for a Senior Technician to join our team and provide technical support for our products and services. The successful candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing complex hardware and software systems. The Senior Technician will inquire about customer concerns, providing training and guidance to junior technicians, and ensuring that all systems are running efficiently.

Service Technician Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $65,000 - $110,000

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership and manufacturer
• Test drive vehicles, test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed!
• Provide estimates of the time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Service Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience as an auto technician
• Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast, eager learner and team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer skills and willingness to learn automotive enhancements
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• State of Michigan Certification 
• ASE Certification 
• ASE A1 Engine Repair
• ASE A2 Automatic Transmission
• ASE A4 Suspension & Steering
• ASE A5 Brakes
• ASE A6 Electrical Systems
• ASE A7 Heating & Air Conditioning
• ASE A8 Engine Performance
• ASE L4 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems
