Warehouse Packer

Temp to perm

Shift: 2nd shift 12:00pm-8:00pm Monday-Friday (Overtime after 8 regular hours worked)

SUMMARY: Responsibility is to help with building and packaging of crates. Preparing them for shipping.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Building of small to large crates for custom product shipping.
Packaging of small to large scanning Machines used in airports and or government applications.
Loading and unloading trucks
Examining and inspecting orders to make sure specifications are met Qualifications
Ability to work independently on crate shipment and build to spec protective crating for the product being shipped.
Keeping the warehouse in order and clean at all times
Putting away materials and tools in their proper place

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must be able to perform physical tasks
Must be able to bend, sit, stand for long periods of time, lift materials properly up to 50lbs
Must have attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed

Must be able to pass background clearance prior to starting employment

Pay Rate: 17.50 per hourly
