We are currently seeking a personable and enthusiastic Shift Supervisor Trainee to join our team! This role is designed to prepare you for the position of shift supervisor within our store. You will begin your journey with us as a Barista, where you will play a crucial role in welcoming customers to our bubble tea shop and meticulously crafting their orders to perfection. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that each patron not only enjoys their beverages but also relishes their overall experience at our establishment.
As you hone your essential drink-making skills, we will provide comprehensive training in managing customer relationships, leadership, shift management, and ultimately, how to oversee a shift. This will encompass tasks such as proper prep work, labor management, sales management, food safety, and handling emergency situations.
Upon mastering these skills and completing the required tasks, you will undergo a shift assessment. During this assessment, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to run a shift as a supervisor. Successful completion of the assessment will lead to a promotion to the role of shift supervisor. This promotion marks just the beginning of your career journey with our company. Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into the bubble tea shop with a smile
- Take food and beverage orders
- Explain the menu items to customers
- Create a variety of drinks, from basic to more complex
- Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
- Maintain a clean work environment
