As a new Production Shift Leader at Placon Corporation, you will play a critical role in overseeing production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team to success. Expect to work night shifts from 6 pm to 6 am, following a schedule of two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, allowing for a good work-life balance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating production schedules, monitoring efficiency, addressing any issues that arise, and motivating your team to achieve production targets. To excel as a Production Shift Leader at Placon Corporation, you will need a range of skills and experiences. A two-year degree in Business/Leadership Development is preferred, along with at least two years of leadership experience.
