Apartment Maintenance Technician
Moultrie, GA | Temp to Perm | $12.00 / Hour
We are looking for a part-time maintenance technician to handle HVAC and plumbing work in an apartment complex. You will be expected to take ownership of your position, complete tasks in a timely manner, and treat each customer interaction with care.
Responsibilities
- Paint and handle basic maintenance
- Apartment move outs
- Complete plumbing and wall fixtures and outlets
- Work as a groundskeeper
- Complete additional duties as requested
Experience
- (Preferred) 3+ years maintenance experience
Requirements
- Be organized and pay attention to detail
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Lift and move 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Have a clean drug screen
- Clean motor vehicle record (past 3 years)
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be able to bend, reach, climb stairs, etc.
- Have your own vehicle
- Be a team player and work well alone efficiently
- Have a clean background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- Valid Georgia driver’s license
Location: Moultrie, Georgia
Pay Rate: $12.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM - 12:00PM
