SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking a Lube Technician for our growing team in our Dagsboro, DE office. Reporting to the Preventative Maintenance Supervisor, the Lube Technician will primarily be performing preventative maintenance services on equipment.

A successful candidate should have previous experience working with equipment or trucks and be knowledgeable in diesel technology.  We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K Plan with company match and paid PTO/holidays.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform preventative maintenance services on various construction equipment.
• Follow service work orders as written.
• Fill out all required paperwork accurately and turn in daily.
• Report any damage seen on equipment and take pictures for documentation purposes.
• Maintain and keep service truck clean.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of construction equipment is required.
• Ability to use hand tools and trade type tools.
• A willingness to learn.
• Must have a Commercial Class B license. 
• Must be over the age of 21 years old.
• Ability to pass DOT physical with drug/alcohol screening.
