Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Work with the store General Manager to ensure the standards of the store are being met
- Help coach and train all employees both in the Front of House and Back of House
- Responsible for counting down cashier drawers and making appropriate deposits according to store standards
- Control food cost through our inventory process, recognize issues and training staff to correct
- Food Handler card and TABC certifications are mandatory
- Streamline and make solid decisions for each shift.
- Attend managers meetings and help institute the game plan for success
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends a must
Additional Responsibilities:
- Communicates continually with the manager on duty and fellow employees.
- Read and speak English.
- Maintains overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Assembles menu selections, constantly checking for quality.
- Is personable and alerts all guests quickly when their order is ready.
- Is knowledgeable about all menu items.
- Stocks ingredients, baskets, plates, cups, etc.
- Fully knowledgeable of all menu items and correctly answers any guest inquiries.
- Works fast and manages chaos!
- Smiles and has fun, or has the courtesy to quit.
