Our client is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide support and care in schools. Part-time and long-term independent contracts are available.

SUMMARY:

* Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to our exceptional students.
* Complete observations, screenings, and evaluations and provide timely documentation.
* Attend all parent conferences services and assessment results.
* Follow all Medicaid billing procedures, including completing and maintaining all required documentation.
* Implement screenings and perform evaluations.
* Identify treatment options and create and maintain student IEPs.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program from an accredited institution.
* Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona.
