Asbury Place Maryville is currently seeking Dining Attendant for PRN positions.

What will I do as a Dining Attendant?

• Completes daily sanitation assignments in all dining and kitchen areas including
  equipment and supplies following correct procedures, as directed.
• Responds in a prompt courteous manner to any questions or concerns.
• Assist in food prep services for chefs, cooks, and assistant cooks, following approved
  recipes/food production sheets as written.
• Serves food to residents in a timely and courteous manner, assisting residents with any
  special needs.
• Assist line staff in setting up the line, working on the line, and delivering food to
  residents.
• Assists in arranging and organizing food and supply orders.
• Ensures loading (receiving) dock is clean and organized.
• Properly wraps, labels and dates food items to be stored in refrigerator, freezer or storage
  room.
• Assist in washing silverware, dishes, pots, and pans and maintain food preparation
  equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What is required in this position?

• Serving or kitchen/food experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED is preferred
