Salary Range $75-$80K/year plus bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the sales activities of the hotel,

Ensuring that we meet or exceed our monthly revenue goals.

Oversee developing and maintaining a strong client base, including top producing accounts.

Stay ahead of the competition.

Use your creativity and analytical skills to craft effective sales strategies based on historical data and client needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a thorough knowledge of the hotels products and services, as well as the local market and industry trends. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of professionalism and integrity. Requirements:

Associates Degree or higher

Proven track record of success in Hotel Sales

Marriott systems experience preferred
