EverStaff is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity.
You will be responsible for quoting clients, providing product information, and ensuring clients are satisfied in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to train at the Bedford Heights location.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Provide detailed quotations based on customer specifications
- Understand customer needs according to their requirements
- Process and schedule customer orders
- Manage Open Orders and customer bids
Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong relationship builder
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or general home improvement is required.
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to provide fast and accurate quotations
- Ability to use computer, Microsoft Office, Solar Eclipse order processing system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
