TD Therapy Services is now hiring a Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Pediatric clinic in Blackfoot, Idaho. Don't pass up this amazing opportunity to join a talented multi-disciplinary team, situated in an engaging, interactive setting! 

 

Description

    • Part Time with potential to grow into Full Time salary position
    • Typical Monday - Friday; flexible daily hours
    • Out patient Pediatric Setting, with School services 8-10 week

 

Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Makes clinical judgments based on data gathered in the evaluation
  • Involves patient and family in treatment
  • Implements treatment plans in accordance with patient's needs and physician direction
  • Coordinates, communicates, and documents per program, regulatory and professional standards
  • Manages own time and efforts to meet productivity targets
  • Reports and records service charges per program standards
  • Assists team with marketing campaigns, and promotes growth 
  • Assists team with planning/participating community screenings and educational activities
  • Promotes rehabilitation services by ensuring patient and physician satisfaction

  

Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • A graduate of an accredited School of Occupational Therapy Assistant and licensed in the state of Idaho or ability to obtain an immediate license
  • Currently licensed or able to obtain occupational licensing in the state of Idaho
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent service delivery skills for an extraordinary patient care experience
  • Well organized, detail-oriented
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with clients, client’s family members, and other employees at all levels
