Entry Level Sales Manager

We are an outsourced marketing firm specializing in direct marketing and new customer acquisition. We currently represent nationally recognized companies in mobility,technology and energy! Due to our quickly expanding market, we are looking to hire numerous entry-level positions.

Position duties:

• Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved.

• Maintain a positive attitude, promoting collaboration, and demonstrating a strong focus on teamwork

• Practices suggestive selling, offering related items and accessories

• Using professional sales concepts, such as greeting, building rapport, determining customer’s needs, presenting products, emphasizing features and benefits, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, excellent customer service, and follow-up

• Maintain a professional appearance in keeping with current dress code

Experience is welcomed, but not necessary because we provide:

• Paid Full training in sales, customer service, and leadership

• Travel opportunities in and out of the US

• Hourly base pay plus commissions and bonuses

• Weekly pay - Every Friday

• Flexible Scheduling, full time

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Local to the area with reliable transportation

• Able to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Positive and professional demeanor
