Responsibilities

  • Be at work on time 

  • Work with our Service Advisors and be eager to work as a team

  • Complete Multi-Point Inspection of customer vehicle and make recommendations as needed

  • Learn and follow our Express Service procedures to complete vehicle maintenance needs

  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles

  • Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown

  • Drive the vehicle safely for testing purposes

  • Take and pass online training coursework as required

  • Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools safely to perform various tasks

Qualifications

  • Understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities

  • Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve

  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • One year in a service department preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
