Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse team, and logistics team with brand specifics
• Help verify lanes and assist with getting drivers on the road
• Reconcile orders, and shipments daily
• Placing stock and customers’ orders daily
• Assist customers with orders, credits, and backorder parts
• Handle telephone parts orders called in by wholesale accounts
• Conduct regular telephone solicitation on assigned accounts
• Inform customers when parts specially ordered for them are received
• Help maintain parts stock in orderly condition
• Assist with regular parts inventories and the selection of parts for return under parts obsolescence protection program
• Assist in physical re-arrangement of layout of parts
• other duties assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• 2-3 years Parts Manager experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Tech savvy and comfortable with computers
• Three year of experience in an automotive parts department preferred
• One year of sales experience ideal
• Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time
