As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues and inquiries related to our diverse range of products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as a liaison between our customers and the internal teams, providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support by phone, addressing technical issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers, assisting them in understanding the features and functionality of our products.
  • Assist in the testing and evaluation of new products, providing valuable feedback to the product development team.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our CRM database.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide customers with the latest information and solutions.
Requirements


  • Experience in a technical support role within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to efficiently navigate and document customer interactions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
