Maintenance Mechanic - Welding, Pipe Fitting, and Industrial/Auto Maintenance

Chemtek, Inc. has a spot for a Mechanic with all around capabilities. You will be responsible Truck Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, and General Welding. You should have knack for and enjoy fixing things, building things and not be afraid to solve a problem. Chemtek has Medium Duty Trucks, Pick-up Trucks, Cars, and Trailers. You should be capable of handling electrical, mechanical, and engine related problems. You should be capable of planning your work and managing time accordingly.

What you'll be doing:

· Servicing Medium Duty Trucks, Trailers and Cares including FMCA Inspections

· Repairing Equipment such as pumps, blowers, paint equipment

· Troubleshooting mechanical break downs

· Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades

· Welding Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel

· Pipe Fitting Experience is a Plus

What you need:

· Five Years experience in a similar field

· Two Years Experience with Welding

· The ability to lift/manipulate heavy equipment

· A two-year Associates Degree is a Plus
