Assistant Sales Manager - Powersports

Job Summary:
Tansky Sawmill Toyota is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager with a passion for the powersports industry to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to oversee the sales team and ensure the dealership meets or exceeds sales goals. This is a management role that requires strong leadership and sales skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in setting and achieving sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make strategic recommendations
- Maintain a strong understanding of the powersports industry and products offered
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience
- Work with other department managers to coordinate sales promotions and events
- Assist in managing inventory levels and vehicle ordering
- Lead by example by actively participating in the sales process and closing deals
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the powersports industry, preferably in a sales or management role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
