Job Summary:

Airstream Inland Empire ,a leading RV dealership in Temecula, California, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary of $4000 to $8000 per month. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service department.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's schedule to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
- Communicate with customers about their RV's service needs and provide accurate estimates of repair costs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have all necessary parts and equipment to complete repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and any changes in the estimated completion time
- Handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Ensure that all service records and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service department
- Work closely with the Parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts needed for repairs
- Stay updated on the latest RV products and services to better serve our customers

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an RV dealership setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in computer programs and systems used in the service department
- Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus
