McGrath Volvo of Ft Myers is hiring a reliable Vehicle Billing Clerk to post the vehicle deals for our dealerships. Looking for a qualified individual to join our office staff. We offer our employees a family oriented environment, great benefits and on-going training and support. 

 

Responsibilities

- Post new, used vehicle deals into our accounting software system- Strong attention to detail

  • Review and verify all vehicle deal paperwork, ensuring all documents are completed accurately
  • Knowledge of applicable accounting schedules, able to reconcile weekly
  • Ability to post journal entries
  • Post new and used deals to accounting books
  • submit warranty products daily
  • Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
  • Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • General Accounting knowledge
  • Automotive accounting experience preferred

 


Qualifications

  • Automotive office experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including word, excel and vehicle dealer software systems helpful
