Maintenance Technician

Position – Maintenance Technician
Job Location – New Richmond, WI
Employment Term - Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 4-10s and Rotating 12hr shifts
Starting Pay –Starting at $20-26/hr DOE
Be the backbone of their operations by making sure equipment runs optimally. Maintenance technicians will be performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery and conveyers
- Work with fabrication, installation of equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Assist with maintaining product flow through the plant as needed
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
