We are looking for our Fall 2021 class of Carpenter’s Apprentices to join our growing team of highly talented and successful carpenters. You will receive on the job training from a seasoned carpenter, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the position to ultimately become a lead carpenter yourself!

Description:

• Arrive on time, load, and leave the factory at the established times to ensure an on-time installation.

• Review questions relating to the design with your supervisor or cut list personnel for clarity.

• Check each job for all parts needed to complete the installation on-time. 

• Review any important aspects from the previous day’s job with your supervisor or the office.  

• Ensure all parts required to complete the installation are loaded into the van.

• Ensure all installation equipment is well maintained and organized in the van. 

• Ensure your vehicle is clean and well maintained. 

• Set up and maintain a safe and clean work environment at your client’s home.

•  Ensure all parts are high quality and chip free. Take pride in your work and keep the client informed of your progress.

• Work with cut list/engineering to ensure all installer instructions were clear and understandable

• Report any client feedback to the Designer/Service Coordinator/Office Manager/Owner as necessary.  

• Attend safety committee meetings. 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

No experience necessary

Ability to stand and lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.

Driver’s license preferred but not necessary

Bilingual a plus.
