Our Farmington office has a position available for a Physical Therapist, Direct Travel contract (13 weeks).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide physical therapy services to Home Care clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association. Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and/or instruction.
EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
EXPERIENCE: One year of clinical Physical Therapy experience. Home health experience also required.
LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION: Current or ability to obtain P.T. License in the State of Maine. Current CPR Certification.
