We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs, conducting test drives, providing information about features and options, and negotiating pricing and financing terms. Additionally, you will cultivate long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.  We are proud to be the home to the GREENVILLE GUARANTEE, which is our Exclusive LIFETIME WARRANTY at No Additional Cost to the Customer on virtually every vehicle on the lot with less than 100K miles at the time of Delivery.  Just one of many ways we help provide you with the tools to set yourself apart & be a step ahead of the competition!

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listen to customers' needs and preferences to determine the most suitable vehicles
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, financing options, and incentives
  • Negotiate sales agreements and terms with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and promotions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations
  • Assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfill their wants and needs
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert.
  • Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features
  • Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, etc.
  • Positive can-do mentality, eager to improve
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Attention to detail in follow-through and closing skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
