AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER

Mountain Chevrolet in Glenwood Springs Colorado is currently seeking a Service Manager with Chevrolet or other GM franchise experience.  Relocation expense reimbursement is available for the right candidate.  Great Market Area with lots of upside!  Make a lifestyle change and move on up to God's Country!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
• Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Manage and hire technicians and service advisors
• Interview and make new hires
• Distribute work between technicians
• Prioritize required services
• Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers
• Communicate with Manufacturer Representatives

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical automotive knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Organized and friendly personality
• GM Dealership experience preferred
• Service Manager experience a must
