Lead Patient Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description

Maintains the general therapeutic environment of the unit. Facilitates maintenance of the unit. Monitors all day-to-day programming and structure of the unit. The Lead PCA must possess a valid State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification.

Lead Patient Care Assistant (PCA) Requirements

• Associate or bachelor degree in human services or behavioral science with a minimum of 1 year experience in the field of chemical dependency treatment.
• Valid State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification required.
