Knapheide Truck Equipment Company in Quincy, IL is looking to hire a 3rd Shift Working Lead in the Paint/Prep Department to direct, manage, and assist management and employees in the Paint/Prep department, ensuring job standards are met. This position works Monday-Thursday from 7:30pm-6:30am.

What you'll be doing:
- Assist installers as required with questions to reduce delays.
- Train new employees.
- Conduct pre-audit inspection on painted bodies.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Ensure best practices are consistently followed throughout the shop.
Experience you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
- Strong mechanical background
- Previous experience in the truck equipment industry, automotive painting or similar industry preferred
