Are you a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking reliable and dedicated CNAs and caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients in and around the beautiful Mississippi areas.

We are committed to offering a flexible schedule with a variety of day and night shifts to accommodate your lifestyle and commitments.

Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with daily living activities to ensure the well-being of our patients, which may involve turning and ambulating patients and delivering food and beverages throughout the day.
- Providing support with personal hygiene, such as offering bedpans and assisting with bathing.
- Offering adjunct patient care as needed, including delivering ice packs and dressings to alleviate discomfort during therapy sessions or soothing baths after therapy.
- Collaborating closely with physicians, caregivers, and nurses, processing a wide range of information to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintaining meticulous records of food intake, urinary and fecal output, and sharing this critical information with the medical and nursing staff.

Requirements and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- High School diploma or GED.
- State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (if applicable).
- Current CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining effective communication at all times.
- Excellent oral communication skills when interacting with fellow healthcare professionals in the presence of patients.
- The capacity to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Pay and Benefits:
We believe in rewarding your dedication and hard work. Here's what you can expect:

- CNAs: Earn a competitive hourly wage ranging between $13 and $14 when working with private clients.
- Non-certified caregivers: Enjoy an hourly rate between $12 and $13 while working with private clients.
- Health insurance is available for those who commit to a minimum of 35 hours per week, after completing 90 days of employment.
