Job Description

Job Summary:
The Quick Lube Technician at Heather Cannon Honda in Ponca City, Oklahoma will be responsible for performing maintenance services on customer vehicles in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, and the individual will work as an individual contributor. The technician will earn a competitive hourly wage of $11 to $12, paid semi-monthly.

Compensation & Benefits:
In addition to a competitive hourly wage, the Quick Lube Technician will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, vacation time, and a retirement savings plan. The technician will also have the opportunity to receive ongoing training and development to advance their skills and career within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services on customer vehicles
- Keep the shop and work area clean and organized
- Communicate with customers to explain services and provide recommendations for additional services if necessary
- Keep inventory stocked and maintain equipment
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and quality services
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the auto industry
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
