**Job Title: PRN vs Part-Time Physical Therapist**
**Location:** Outpatient or IRF or Sub-acute facility
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients by providing expert rehabilitation services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer effective physical therapy treatments, exercises, and interventions.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid GA license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting is a plus.
