Health Advocates Network is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work at a Facility in Rosenberg, TX. This is a registry position with our company.

Pay Rate: $22 - $25 / hour

Shifts Details:
  • 8am-4pm

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will work closely with individuals with behavioral and developmental disorders, providing support and implementing behavior intervention plans. Your role will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with behavioral and developmental disorders.
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior, and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement behavior management techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors.
  • Assist clients in acquiring and improving skills in various areas, such as communication, social interaction, and daily living activities.
  • Support clients in community integration and participation in recreational and educational activities.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide training and support in implementing behavior intervention strategies at home.
  • Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral and developmental disorders is preferred.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help individuals with special needs
