The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records subject to federal contractor requirements and/or security clearance requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Directing and overseeing all EHS activities, safety team, and programs in the manufacturing facility.
- Developing and executing strategic plans for regulatory compliance and enhancing employee engagement.
- Implementing proactive safety processes to ensure a zero-incident, zero-harm culture.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives for value-added EHS programs.
- Conducting safety meetings, audits, and reporting EHS data and metrics.
- Monitoring and adapting programs to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, insurance providers, vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar.
- 8+ years of EHS experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of leadership in EHS projects and direct reports.
- Preferred professional certifications: CSP, CIH, CHMM, PE, OHST, or ability to obtain within 3 years.
