Job Title: Equipment Manager Assistant

Location: Casper WY
Employment Type: Temp to hire- Full-time

Pay: $18/hr-$20/hr depending on experience

Adecco is currently assisting a local client seeking a dedicated Equipment Manager Assistant to join their team located in Casper, WY. Responsibilities:
1. Issue tickets for mechanics to fix equipment promptly and accurately.
2. Obtain permits required for equipment operation and maintenance activities.
3. Assist the Equipment Manager in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Handling invoices and obtaining approvals.
- Inputting data into the equipment management system.
- Organizing and maintaining records.
4. Collaborate with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure timely processing of payments and invoices.
5. Work closely with the Equipment Manager to fulfill their needs and facilitate smooth operations.
6. Order equipment and manage inventory levels effectively.
7. Keep track of equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed.
8. Serve as a liaison between the equipment management team and other departments or suppliers.
9. Assist in fleet administration tasks as required.
10. Manage email correspondence and prepare purchase orders using Excel.

Requirements:
1. Basic office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to adapt and learn new software systems.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
7. Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure, especially when interacting with mechanics.
8. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
9. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
