Staff Accountant - REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations monthly and ensure that balances are accurately stated.
• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Maintain international intercompany accounts.
• Perform financial analysis to identify anomalies.
• Ad-hoc tasks, projects and reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with the use of Microsoft Office Products (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Ability to learn computer programs quickly.
• Must have superior professional office demeanor and good organizational skills to maintain financial records, correspondence, etc.
• Follows established policies and procedures to complete assignments with a high level of accuracy.

Physical & Lifting Requirements

• Lifting Requirements - light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently.
• Physical Requirements - stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating and observing.
• Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
