Human Resources Operations Manager at Bath and Body Works

The Manager, Stores HR Operations, is a seasoned HR/L&D professional who has demonstrated analytical capabilities and a process improvement mentality. Through effective cross-functional collaboration, this manager leverages instructional design experience to support the continuous improvement and development of high impact learning, tools and processes that align with brand strategy to drive results through the customer experience. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Must possess the ability to: Work closely with HR, store support, and stores finance teams to drive enhancements to internal tools and programs Translate business needs / cross-functional requests into relevant and outcome-based resources, processes and learning programs Build and expand talent management tools and self-service resources while ensuring accuracy and impact of all materials. Manage performance management processes including the mid-year/annual performance review process and OLR/succession planning. Provide ongoing project management (as assigned), communication, and change management with customers and key stakeholders. Manage the development process from initiation through completion, including scoping, scheduling, defining deliverables, review cycles, milestone and resource tracking, and reporting. Evaluate and analyze feedback and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs and processes in meeting business goals.
