The person will gain exposure to the Planning and Analytics teams, which supports all NUSA businesses, and work closely with supply chain operations as well as finance teams for technical & production and the business units. The candidate must have strong communication skills, cross functional team experience and be results focused with minimal supervision. The individual must be able to effectively interact, collaborate and communicate across multiple functions in the organization and cooperate and build consensus to drive results. The position will plan, prioritize and manage workload in an environment of competing priorities to support and guide timely and sound decision making. The role will provide opportunities to deal with operational complexities and support strategic decisions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support & Influence Demand & Supply Planning team and Factory Supply Chain team efforts to drive efficiencies in NUSAs supply chain decision making & provide guidance on target setting & plus transparency on results in addition to below: - Inventory forecasting & alignment with Ensure Supply Team. Ensure Supply meeting lead. - Thorough understanding of ambient, chilled, and frozen distribution networks & support VDE/FDE Team. - Thorough Understanding of production planning and production/distribution constraints & impacts on ending inventory. - Preparing & helping SC team by providing financial analysis and insight to Supply Chain Demand & Supply Planning team to help optimize inventory levels and distribution strategy across all NUSA businesses and networks. - Preparing & providing financial analysis and insight to internal Supply Chain Finance team to improve monthly financial forecast. Help SC team understand assumptions used in forecast planning. - Understanding of Non-Finished Goods inventory current process & incorporate changes after aligning with stockholding holders to transform Raw/pack as part of Ensure supply just like Finished Goods. Guide procurement & T&P on Raw/pack strategy & target to support

Zero Working Capital initiative. - Perform financial analysis/validation and work with the supply chain organization to drive saving & support healthy DOH for return of service - Support new initiative (Connected Planning) & provide expertise/impact on FG DOH & Targets for connected planning point person for target setting to help NUSA achieve its Working Capital target plus. - prepare & support SC planner on forecasting improvement saving comparison vs. business case. - Work on ADHOC request like preparing Change in Inventory based on New Snapshot for T&P stakeholders Essential Requirements: - Bachelors degree required. - 5 years related work experience - Expert Excel and Access skills - SAP knowledge EXPERIENCE: - Proven track record working in cross-functional teams - 5
