Requirements:

  • NJ CHHA license or currently in the process of acquiring
  • Medical documents: physical exam, current Tuberculosis (TB) test, MMR results, and annual influenza vaccine
  • 1 year of experience caring for seniors or adults
  • 1-2 work references
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccine required
