R&R is a COMMISSION BASED professional barber & beauty salon comprised of independent hair stylists and barbers who are passionate about one thing, making our customers look great while delivering premier hair artistry. We will remain organized and managed in a creative and innovative fashion to generate high levels of customer satisfaction, and to create a working climate conducive to high degrees of positive energy.

Hairstylist/Cosmetologist Qualifications

• Have at lease 2yrs experience
• Precision hair cutting and styling techniques.
• Dependable
• Hair stylist should be Passionate about their craft
• Fun-loving
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule

Barbers/Stylist responsibilities

• Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, and styling
• Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
• Hair stylist should keep on top of current hair cutting and hair styling trends
• Help maintain adequate inventory of hair styling products and tools
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
• Collect payments for salon services performed using beauty salon POS device(cash register)

Hairstylist/Cosmetologist Pay Frequency:

• Weekly
• Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Hairstylist/Cosmetologist Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends required
• 8 hour shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
